Offer Your Services

How to write a service offer that brings clients

Designer, developer, marketer, photographer or writer: how you present your service makes a big difference to how many people get in touch.

A clear offer gets the client halfway there
A clear offer gets the client halfway there

Five parts of a strong offer

  1. Exactly what you do: “Shopify store setup” beats “web services”.
  2. Who it’s for: small businesses, store owners, individuals.
  3. Samples of your work: real images say more than any description.
  4. How you work and timelines: how you start and when the client receives the work.
  5. How to reach you: in your saved card, so it shows with every reply.

Skip vague lines like “best quality, lowest price”. Write something a client can check: projects done, delivery time, or a link to your portfolio. And answer questions publicly in the replies; helpful answers build more trust than any ad.
