Sign PDF

Draw your signature or upload a photo of it, and place it where you want.

Your files never leave your device: they are read and saved inside the browser.

How to sign

1

Choose the file

Pick a PDF or drop it on the box.

2

Make your signature

Draw it in the box, or upload a photo of it on white paper and we remove the background.

3

Place it and save

Go to the page, press “Add the signature”, drag it into place, then save.

Note: This is an electronic signature made from an image of your signature, like signing on paper. It isn’t a certificate-based digital signature; if someone requires a certified digital signature, use the service they specify.

FAQ

Do you keep my signature?

No. The signature and the file stay in your browser, are never sent to a server, and are gone when you close the page.

How do I sign every page?

Place the signature on one page, then press “Copy this page’s items to every page”.

My uploaded signature has a gray background.

Photograph it in good light, without shadows, on white paper, and keep “Remove the white paper background” ticked.

Is an electronic signature legally valid?

It depends on who asks for it. Many accept a signature image on the document; some require a certificate-based digital signature or a specific platform.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The file is read, changed and saved inside your browser. It is never sent to a server and we keep no copy.

Why won’t my file open?

Password-protected or encrypted PDFs can’t be changed here. Open it in an app that knows the password, save an unprotected copy, then try again.
