FAQ

Does a watermark stop copying?

No. It marks a file as confidential, a draft or someone’s property, but it doesn’t prevent copying, and advanced editing software can remove it.

Does Arabic text work?

Yes. Text is drawn with joined Arabic letters, right to left, then placed on the page.

Will it hide my text?

It sits on top of the page at the opacity you choose, so the text underneath stays readable. Start at 20–30% and check the preview.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The file is read, changed and saved inside your browser. It is never sent to a server and we keep no copy.

Why won’t my file open?

Password-protected or encrypted PDFs can’t be changed here. Open it in an app that knows the password, save an unprotected copy, then try again.
