FAQ
How do I save it as a PDF?
Press “Save PDF or print”, then pick “Save as PDF” instead of a printer. On iPhone, choose print and then the share button to save the file.
Do you keep my or my clients’ details?
No. Everything stays in your browser on your device and is never sent to a server. That’s why your details and logo are there when you come back in the same browser.
Should I add VAT to the quotation?
If you’re VAT-registered, tick “Add VAT 15%” so the client sees the total they will pay, and add your VAT number.
Is a quotation an invoice?
No. A quotation comes before the sale and states the expected cost. When you sell, a VAT-registered business issues its invoice from a compliant e-invoicing system.
Can I write Arabic items here?
Yes. Every field follows the direction of what you type. For a fully Arabic quotation, use the Arabic version of this tool.
