FAQ
How do I add hours and minutes?
In “Add & subtract” put each duration on its own row; every 60 minutes carries into an hour, and you get hours:minutes and decimal hours.
How do I count work hours between two times?
In “Between two times” enter the start and end and the break in minutes. An end earlier than the start counts as the next day.
How do I convert 7.75 hours to hours and minutes?
Multiply the decimal part by 60: 0.75 × 60 = 45, so 7 h 45 min. Type it under “Decimal hours” to convert both ways.
What if the start and end are the same?
The result is zero. For a full 24-hour shift, type 24 hours in “Add & subtract”.
