A web system built around the way you work

When an off-the-shelf website is not enough, we build a web system in PHP and Laravel: bookings, a portal for your clients or a dashboard for your team, connected to the tools you already use.

  • PHP and Laravel

A well-known framework and clean code

  • MySQL database

Your business data in one place

A working first version, then more

  • Roles and permissions

Each user sees only what is theirs

When do you need a custom system?

Many businesses run bookings, orders or client follow-ups on spreadsheets and WhatsApp chats. As the business grows, mistakes repeat and hours go into chasing updates. A single web system brings that work into one place, and your team and clients open it in the browser on a computer or a phone.

We build systems in PHP with the Laravel framework and a MySQL database, shaped around your workflow rather than the other way round. We only recommend custom code when your needs justify it. If a WordPress site with well-known plugins does the job, we will say so, because it is usually quicker to build and costs less.

What we build

Examples of the systems we build. Yours may combine several of them.

Booking and appointment systems

Appointments, rooms or services, with a calendar of open slots, a confirmation to the customer and every booking managed from one screen.

Client portals

An account for each client to follow their requests, invoices and documents, instead of asking you every time.

Admin dashboards

A dashboard for your team with the orders and figures you care about, plus search, filters and export to Excel.

Internal tools

Quotes, service requests, inventory and task tracking: tools that replace scattered spreadsheets and messages.

Membership and directory platforms

Paid memberships, a business directory or classifieds, with user sign-up and a review of listings before they go live.

API integrations

Connections to licensed payment gateways, SMS providers, and accounting or ERP systems that offer an API.

Roles and permissions

Admin, staff and client roles: each one sees and edits only what belongs to them, with a log of key actions.

Security and testing

HTTPS, securely hashed passwords, validation of everything entered in forms, and testing of every part before it is handed over.

Documentation and handover

Documentation of how the system works and is configured, a walkthrough for your team, and source code as set out in the contract.

Custom code or WordPress: which do you need?

A good fit if

  • Your workflow is specific, and ready-made plugins do not fit it
  • You need accounts for clients or staff with different permissions
  • You want to connect your site to an accounting system, an ERP or an SMS provider
  • You run bookings or orders today on spreadsheets and scattered messages

You may not need it if

  • You need a company website, and a WordPress site on a clearly priced subscription will do
  • You sell products online, and a WooCommerce store may be enough
  • Your idea has not been tested yet, and a ready-made tool is a better first step

How we build your system

  1. 01

    Understand the workflow

Who will use the system, and the steps a request or booking goes through today.

  2. 02

    Written scope and phases

What the first version includes and what can wait, with the timeline and price.

  3. 03

    Design and development

We design the screens and build the system on a test link you review as we go.

  4. 04

    Testing and handover

We test permissions, integrations and data, then launch the system and hand over the documentation.

  5. 05

    Next phases

Once your team has used the first version, we add what they actually need.

How is a custom system priced?

Custom systems have no fixed price, because each one is built around a different business. We send a written quote with the scope, timeline and price once we understand what you need, and work starts only after you approve it.

  • The number of screens, user types and permissions
  • The systems to connect with, and the APIs they offer
  • How much data there is, and moving it from your spreadsheets or current system
  • Language: Arabic only, or Arabic + English

Common questions about custom systems

Why do you build with Laravel?

Laravel is an open-source PHP framework that is widely used and well documented, with built-in tools for permissions, security and databases. Your system is built in a familiar way that any Laravel developer can understand and work on later.

Do I own the source code?

Ownership of the source code and the rights to use it are set out in the contract before work starts, and transfer as agreed once the agreed payments are made. We state this clearly in the quote so nothing is left unclear.

What if WordPress is all I need?

Then we will tell you. Many websites and simple booking needs work well on WordPress with well-known plugins, and that is usually quicker and costs less. Read WordPress or custom code? or work out the price of a WordPress website in our price calculator.

Can the system connect to the tools we already use?

Usually, yes, if the other system offers an API or another way to exchange data. We check this before quoting, and we need access details or documentation from that system's provider.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. The system runs in the browser and is designed to adapt to phone and desktop screens, so your team and clients do not need to install anything.

What happens after handover?

We hand over the system with its documentation and walk your team through it. After that, we can agree on maintenance and support and on the next development phases, each with its own written quote.
