Before we start
Everything in writing before work begins
You should know what you will get, when, and for how much before anything starts. So when you confirm your order, you receive a written statement with the price details, what is included and the delivery date, and work starts only after your confirmation. Comparing several offers? Your website comes with prices from SAR 39 a month (one page on a Webnaa subdomain); a website on your own domain is priced in our price calculator by its type, languages and number of pages, and paid in advance every 6 months or yearly at 10% off, with no setup fee and no long contracts, and you can cancel the renewal or upgrade anytime. WordPress websites (from 5 pages) come with a dashboard to edit them yourself. Big new features after launch, such as a full online store, a complete booking system or integrations with other systems, are agreed in writing before work starts.

What we need from you
Your delivery date depends on content and approvals arriving on time, so it helps to prepare these early.
- Your logo and brand colors
- The page texts, or the key information about your business and services
- Photos of your business, products or team
- Contact details: phone, WhatsApp, email and your branch locations
- Access to your existing domain or hosting, if you have one
- Timely feedback and approvals during review
- For online stores: a commercial registration and a payment gateway account in your name
What you receive at delivery
Every website is delivered with the following, on top of the pages and language agreed in your written statement.
Your site on your domain
Live on your domain over HTTPS. Hosting and the SSL certificate are included in every plan, and a domain in your name on every custom-domain website (the SAR 39 plan uses a Webnaa subdomain), with no extra fees.
WordPress dashboard
On WordPress websites: full access to the dashboard, with a walkthrough at delivery so you can edit texts and images yourself.
Policy pages
A privacy policy and the essential policies your website needs, ready and published.
Google Search Console
We connect your site to Google Search Console and submit your sitemap to help Google discover your pages.
Full testing
We test pages, forms, and the WhatsApp and call buttons on mobile and desktop before handover.
Support and edits
On every plan, you get 3 revision rounds before launch, and technical faults are fixed at no charge. On WordPress websites, technical support is included in your subscription. Reach us by WhatsApp or email.

No work before you confirm
Work starts only after you confirm your order. Any big new feature after launch starts only after we agree on it in writing.
Full refund if you don’t like the design
We show you the design before your website goes live, and if you don’t like it, we refund the full amount.
Cancel whenever you like
No long contracts: cancel your subscription whenever you like, with no cancellation fee, and your website stays live until the end of the paid period.
Fixes at no cost
Any defect, or anything that differs from what we agreed, is fixed at no cost to you.
Your right if we are late
No preview link within 24 hours of receiving all your information and content, because of us? You may ask to cancel and get a refund, unless the delay came from missing information, late approvals or a written agreement to extend.
Refunds within 14 days
Refunds are paid within 14 days, by the same payment method you used.
Common questions about how we work
How long does a website take?
We send your website preview link within 24 hours at most from receiving all the information and content we need from you. The delivery date is set in writing when you confirm your order, and meeting it depends on content and approvals arriving on time.
Can I see the website before it goes live?
Yes. You review the site on a test link before we launch it on your domain, so you see it before anyone else does.
What if my content or approvals arrive late?
The delivery date assumes they arrive on time, so it may be affected if they are late. Delays caused by missing content or approvals do not count toward your right to cancel for late delivery.
Who owns the website?
Your website runs on a subscription: the subscription runs, hosts and supports your website, but does not make it yours over time, while your custom domain is always registered in your name. If you want the website to be yours, buy it at any time: you pay the website value (one year at 10% off, without articles) plus an independence fee of 30% of the undiscounted year, including a year of hosting and domain in your name; if you are already subscribed, what you have paid for the website counts towards its value. After buying, staying with Webnaa is entirely optional, and you can move your website and domain to any host. The SAR 39 plan runs on a Webnaa subdomain and cannot be bought, so it continues as a subscription for as long as the site runs on that subdomain. See our terms and conditions.
Does support continue after delivery?
Yes. On WordPress websites, our maintenance and support service is included in your subscription, and you can also run your site yourself from the dashboard. On every plan, your site stays hosted, technical faults are fixed at no charge.
