How it works
Write the cards
Question or word on the front, answer or meaning on the back. Or paste a whole list at once.
Study
Flip each card, then choose “I know it” or “Not yet”. Missed cards come back at the end until you know them.
Print or share
Print them to cut and fold, or create a link that carries the whole deck.
Studying with flashcards
One idea per card Short cards are easier to remember than crowded ones.
Recall before you flip Try to remember the answer before turning the card: that active recall is what makes it stick.
Space it out Review the deck after a day, then three days, then a week.
Your cards stay with you They’re saved in this browser only. Use the share link to move them to another device.
FAQ
Where are my cards saved?
In your browser on this device only (local storage), never on a server. Clearing your browser data clears them, so keep a share link as a backup.
How do I share flashcards with classmates?
Press “Create a share link” and send it. The whole deck is compressed inside the link; whoever opens it presses “Add it to my cards”.
How do I print flashcards?
Press “Print the cards”: each card is one row with the front on one side and the back on the other. Cut along the dashed lines and fold down the middle.
Can I import from Excel or Quizlet?
Yes. Copy two columns (term and definition) and paste them into “Add many cards at once”, or use Quizlet’s text export with a tab between term and definition.
Does it work on phones?
Yes: tap a card to flip it. On a computer, Space or Enter flips it too.
