Video Merger

Choose your clips, put them in order, and get one video back in that order.

Your files never leave your device: they are processed in the browser and never uploaded.

How to merge videos into one

1

Choose the clips

Pick two or more clips from your computer or phone at once, or drop them in the box. You can add more later.

2

Put them in order

Drag the handle next to each clip, or use the arrows, until the order is right. The top clip comes first.

3

Merge and download

We pick the right method automatically; press “Merge the videos” and download the result.

Fast join or convert?

We check every clip after you choose it and tell you which method works.

MethodWhenSpeed and quality
Fast, no re-encodingWhen every clip has the same format, size, orientation, frame rate and sound, e.g. clips shot on the same phone with the same setting.A few seconds; the picture is copied as it is with no quality loss. Only the sound is re-encoded so it stays in sync at every join.
Convert to one MP4When the clips differ: portrait with landscape, different sizes, a clip without sound, or different formats such as MOV with WebM.Takes time depending on length and resolution. The MP4 result (H.264 + AAC) plays on every device and site.

For a better result

Portrait with landscape: Choose the frame shape you will post in (9:16 for Stories, 16:9 for YouTube), then “Blurred background” instead of black bars for a nicer look.

For speed: Choose 720p when converting if you don’t need more; it is much faster and smaller.

Before or after merging: Cut unwanted parts with the Video Trimmer, shrink the result for WhatsApp with the Video Compressor, and join audio files with Merge Audio.

Honest limits: Fast joining takes seconds because the picture is copied as it is. Converting re-encodes every clip on your device’s processor without graphics acceleration: a minute of 720p video takes about two to three minutes on a recent computer, longer at 1080p and on phones. The first time, the browser downloads the processing engine (about 31 MB) once and keeps it. The merged video stays in the browser’s memory until you download it, so keep the clips under about 2 GB in total on a computer and under 500 MB on a phone.

Frequently asked questions

How do I combine two or more videos into one?

Open this page, choose the clips, drag them into order (or use the arrows), press “Merge the videos” and download the result. Nothing to install.

Does it add a watermark?

No. The merged video has no watermark or logo, and there is no usage limit.

Why is the fast join sometimes unavailable?

Joining without re-encoding only works when the clips match in format, size, orientation, frame rate and sound format. If anything differs we tell you what, and convert the clips to one MP4.

How do I join a portrait video with a landscape one?

Choose “Convert to one MP4”, then the frame shape (portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9) and how to fill the space: black bars, a blurred background from the clip itself, or cropping the edges. Phone clips shot upright are turned the right way automatically.

What happens to a clip without sound?

It gets silence for its own length, so the sound of the following clips stays in sync with their picture.

Are my videos uploaded?

No. The tool runs inside your browser with the open-source FFmpeg engine; the clips are read from your device and the result is saved back to it, never reaching our servers or anyone else’s.
