Template

The ATS template leaves the photo out: hiring systems can’t read it and many international employers prefer no photo.

Order of sections

In the Modern template, skills and languages sit in the sidebar.

    How to make a resume

    1

    Type your details

Start with your name, job title and contact details, then experience, education and skills. Reorder entries with the arrows, or press “Fill with example” to see a ready-made sample.

    2

    Pick the look

Resume language (English or Arabic), template, colour and text size. “Simple ATS” is best for applying through job sites.

    3

    Save as PDF

Press “Save PDF or print” and choose “Save as PDF”. The text stays real text you can copy and search, and long sections move to the next page without splitting a job in two.

Tips for a resume that gets past ATS

Use the ATS template to apply online: one column and standard headings with no tables or images, so the system reads every line in order.

Use the job ad’s own words: write skills and titles the way the ad does, such as “financial statements” or Excel.

Start each bullet with an action and a result: “Cut the monthly close from ten days to six” rather than “Responsible for the close”.

One page or two: one page is enough for graduates and early careers; the preview shows where each page ends.

GPA: not sure of yours? Work it out with the GPA calculator.

Save the JSON file: it is your backup; open it later on any device to edit your resume instead of typing it again.

Word file: it comes out in the simple one-column layout so it is easy to edit in Word or Google Docs, in Arial. For exactly the look you see, save as PDF.
Your privacy: everything you type, and your photo, stays in your browser on your device and is never sent to a server. It is kept in this browser for next time, and “Delete my data from this browser” erases it.

    FAQ

    What is an ATS-friendly resume?

An ATS (applicant tracking system) is software employers and job sites use to read and sort resumes automatically. It reads a simple one-column resume with standard headings far better than complex designs, tables or text inside images. The “Simple ATS” template is made for that, and the PDF keeps the text real and readable.

Is there a ready-made resume template?

Yes. Press “Fill with example” for a complete sample resume to edit with your own details, or start from a blank page. The builder is completely free: no sign-up, no watermark.

How do I save my resume as PDF on a phone?

Press “Save PDF or print”. On Android choose “Save as PDF” in the printer list; on iPhone tap the share button in the print window and then “Save to Files”.

Can I make my resume in Arabic?

Yes. The resume language is separate from the page language: choose “العربية” or “English” and the headings, direction and month names change. For both versions, save a JSON file of the first, switch the language, translate the text and save a second file.

    Should I add a photo?

Many employers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf accept a photo, while for international companies and ATS portals it is usually better without. The photo is optional here and is left out of the ATS template.

    Where is my data kept?

Only in your browser on this device; nothing reaches us. To move it to another device, save the JSON file (the open JSON Resume format) and open it there. “Delete my data from this browser” erases it.
