WordPress website subscription: what a bilingual WordPress site includes and costs

A WordPress website subscription gives you a professionally built WordPress site, with hosting, updates and support, for a fixed price shown per month instead of a large upfront bill. At Webnaa, a WordPress site with a dashboard you edit yourself, 5 pages, each in Arabic and English, and content written for you, on a domain registered in your name, is SAR 324 a month in our price calculator, paid in advance every 6 months or yearly, with the option to buy the site if you want to go independent. This guide covers exactly what is included and what is not, what a year really costs, and when a smaller setup is the better choice.

Key takeaways:

  • A 5-page WordPress site in Arabic and English is SAR 324 a month in the price calculator: SAR 1,944 every 6 months, or SAR 3,499 for a year upfront, saving SAR 389. There is no monthly payment and no setup fee.
  • Unlike a static site, it comes with a WordPress dashboard, plus an inquiry form, photo gallery, map location and ready privacy and terms pages; we write the content, as on every Webnaa site.
  • Edits you make in the dashboard are free. A new page after launch is added to your subscription at its calculator price.
  • Buying the site is optional: SAR 4,665 for this setup, including a year of hosting and the domain in your name. If you stay a subscriber, from year two you pay the monthly base only, as shown in the price calculator.
  • If you need five pages and rarely change anything, a static site in Arabic and English costs less: SAR 189 a month.

What a WordPress website subscription with Webnaa includes

Most people who search for a WordPress website subscription want the control of WordPress without the work of running it: hosting, security updates, backups and repairs. A WordPress site at Webnaa is built around that split. You manage the content; we build the site, write the first version of the content and keep everything running.

Webnaa prices start from SAR 39 a month, and every site is priced in the price calculator by type (static or WordPress), languages and pages. A static site is built from the details, logo and photos you send, and has no dashboard, so every change after approval goes through us. A WordPress site starts from 5 pages, and it brings three things together:

  • WordPress with a dashboard, so you can edit the site yourself whenever you like, at no charge.
  • Content written for you. You send the facts about your business; we turn them into pages, as on every Webnaa site.
  • Ready-made essentials: an order and inquiry form, a photo gallery, your location on the map, and privacy policy and terms pages.

Everything every Webnaa site gets is still there: hosting and SSL, a fast, mobile-friendly build, a WhatsApp button and call number, search engine setup and a Google connection, and a printable QR code. Still deciding on WordPress itself? Our comparison of WordPress or custom code will help.

How to get the most from your five pages

The price covers 5 pages, each in Arabic and English, so choose the five your customers need first: home, services, about, projects or work, and contact. Each page after the fifth is added at its calculator price, SAR 33 a month per page, whether you ask for it at build or after launch. So plan your pages for the next 12 months before you fill in the onboarding form. A logistics company with six services can present them on one clear services page, and add a separate page later for the service people search for most. Our guide on how many pages a website needs has page plans by type of business.

Editing your site in the WordPress dashboard

You do not need to know code to use the dashboard. WordPress pages are made of blocks, and the WordPress block editor documentation describes blocks for paragraphs, images, headings, lists, galleries and more. Changing a page means opening it, clicking the block you want to change, typing, and saving. The block editor has been the default way to publish content in WordPress since version 5.0.

WordPress also separates what each user can do. In the WordPress roles and capabilities guide, an Administrator has access to all administration features, while an Editor can publish and manage content. That separation is what makes a dashboard practical for a business owner: you work on the words and pictures, and the technical side stays with the team responsible for it.

Your side: rewording a service or the About page, updating prices, opening hours or an offer, changing a phone number or branch address, and adding or replacing gallery photos. Our side: hosting, updates, backups and fault fixes, plus any edit you would rather hand to us at SAR 25 a request.

Where the dashboard pays off: a dental clinic that updates its prices or opening hours six times a year would, on a static site without a dashboard, send at least six edit requests: 6 × SAR 25 = SAR 150, plus the wait. On WordPress the clinic manager makes the same changes in a few minutes, for nothing. A business that edits often recovers part of the price difference this way.

The dashboard is for content, not new features: a large new section, a redesign, a store or bookings is new build work, priced in writing first. On your side, keep your password private and use our website maintenance checklist to keep content fresh.

How it compares with a static bilingual site and with custom projects

The closest alternative to a bilingual WordPress site is a static site with the same pages and languages, but no dashboard. Anything beyond 20 pages or two languages, or anything that needs a store, bookings or online payment, is a separate project with its own written quote.

Static, two languages

SAR 189 a month: SAR 1,134 every 6 months or SAR 2,041 a year upfront. 5 pages, each in Arabic and English, with content written for you. No dashboard; each page after the fifth adds SAR 22 a month. Buying the site: SAR 2,721.

WordPress, two languages

SAR 324 a month: SAR 1,944 every 6 months or SAR 3,499 a year upfront. 5 pages, each in Arabic and English, content written for you, a dashboard, plus the form, gallery, map and policy pages. Each page after the fifth adds SAR 33 a month. Buying the site: SAR 4,665.

Custom project

An online store, a booking system, online payment or a link to an outside system. These are scoped and priced in writing before work starts. See online store design and custom web development.

Is the step up worth it? An honest test

Over a year paid upfront, the static site costs SAR 2,041 and the WordPress site SAR 3,499. If extra pages are the only thing you are missing, the static site stays cheaper: each page after the fifth is SAR 22 a month there, against SAR 33 on WordPress.

WordPress earns its price when at least two of these are true for you:

  1. You do not have the time, or the writer, to produce good copy for every page in two languages.
  2. Your prices, offers, schedules or photos change most months.
  3. You want an inquiry form, gallery, map and ready privacy and terms pages without assembling them yourself.

Not sure yet? Try both setups in the price calculator and compare before you decide. A static bilingual site is covered in detail in our Arabic English website guide.

What a year of a bilingual WordPress site costs

The price is shown per month but paid in advance, so there is no monthly payment. Here are the three routes for a 5-page WordPress site in two languages, and what each one gets you.

How you payAmountWhat you get
Every 6 monthsSAR 1,944 every 6 monthsA subscription with hosting, domain, support and updates; cancel renewal whenever you like
A year upfront, 10% offSAR 3,499 a year (you save SAR 389)The same subscription for a full year at a lower price
Buy the siteSAR 3,499 + SAR 1,166 = SAR 4,665The site in your name with a year of hosting and the domain; then go independent or stay with us for care for a yearly fee shown in the price calculator

How buying is calculated: the website value is one year at 10% off, without articles, so SAR 3,499, plus an independence fee of 30% of the undiscounted year, SAR 1,166. A subscriber who decides to leave later completes the website value, with what they have paid counting towards it, and then pays the fee. If you stay a subscriber and do not buy, from year two you pay the monthly base only instead of SAR 324 a month, as shown in the price calculator.

What else could appear on the bill

If you plan your pages well, nothing. Say a school adds three new programme pages halfway through the year: each one is added to the subscription at its calculator price, SAR 33 a month per page after the fifth. If you have bought the site, you pay a page's monthly price × 12, once. Edits made in the dashboard add nothing, and a monthly article plan is optional and separate from the website price.

The price follows your pages and languages, at build and after launch. Plan first.

Who a WordPress website subscription suits, and who should choose something else

A WordPress site fits businesses with a lot of content, or content that changes, and no one in-house to write it. Some typical cases:

  • A dental or medical clinic with a page per treatment in both languages, an inquiry form and a map pin for each branch, and schedules the reception team updates. See our dental clinic website guide.
  • A logistics or transport company with service pages per route or cargo type, a gallery of the fleet, and a quote request form.
  • A consulting firm that needs clear, professional copy for each practice area in Arabic and English, and has no time to write it.
  • A school or training centre whose programmes, dates and fees change every term.

Buying the site, cancellation and add-ons at Webnaa

Webnaa is a web design company in Riyadh serving Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and beyond. Every term is written down before you pay; these matter most here.

When you buy the site, and what you receive

Buying the site is optional and possible at any time: SAR 4,665 at the start, or later by completing its value and paying the independence fee, as shown above. Depending on the site, you receive its files, text and content, images, data, the WordPress database, the admin access you need, your domain, and what is needed to move to another host. After a move, hosting, domain renewal, maintenance, backups and updates are yours to handle. Staying with us afterwards for hosting and care is optional, for a yearly fee of 20% of the website value, with a minimum for WordPress sites. The details are in the price calculator.

If you stop renewing

  • There is no cancellation fee. You can cancel renewal at any time; the site stays live until the end of the paid period, and you never pay for a further period just to leave.
  • Your domain is registered in your name and we hand it over free; renewals are then yours.
  • You can ask for a copy of your content (text and images). Site files and the database are handed over when you buy the site. Cancelling is not buying: to take the files, complete the website's value and pay the independence fee.
  • If a payment is late, you have 7 days from the due date. After that the site is suspended temporarily, with files and data kept, and it comes back once you pay, with no reactivation fee. After 30 days unpaid it may be archived.

Faults, edits and add-ons

Fault fixes, support, updates, backups and answers are free. Edits are free in the dashboard or SAR 25 a request from us, and a new page is added to your subscription at its calculator price, or its monthly price × 12 once if you have bought the site. Large new sections, a major redesign, a store, bookings, online payment and integrations are priced in writing before work. Read the terms and conditions for the full wording, see the website design service page, and browse our design samples.

WordPress you can edit, content we write

Work out your price in the price calculator (a 5-page WordPress site in two languages is SAR 324 a month), send us your business details, and get your preview link within 24 hours at most once everything is in.

FAQ

How much does a WordPress website subscription cost?

At Webnaa, a 5-page WordPress site in Arabic and English is SAR 324 a month in the price calculator, paid as SAR 1,944 every 6 months or SAR 3,499 for a year upfront; in one language it is SAR 249 a month. Hosting, your domain, content writing and updates are included, with no setup fee.

Can I edit my WordPress site myself?

Yes. You change text, images and existing information from the dashboard whenever you like, at no charge. If you would rather we did it, a simple edit is SAR 25 a request.

Can I buy my WordPress website?

Yes, buying is optional: you pay the website value (SAR 3,499) plus an independence fee (SAR 1,166), SAR 4,665 for this setup, including a year of hosting and the domain in your name. If you are a subscriber and decide to leave, you complete the value, with what you have paid counting towards it, plus the fee. If you stay a subscriber, from year two you pay the monthly base only, as shown in the price calculator.

Do you write the website content?

Yes, on WordPress as on every Webnaa site, and the site is in Arabic and English. You send the facts about your business and review the copy on the preview link before approval.

Can I cancel a WordPress subscription before a year?

Yes, with no cancellation fee. The site stays live until the end of the paid period and we hand over your domain free; files and the database come with buying the site.

Can I add an online store or bookings later?

These are new features, not simple edits, so they are not part of the subscription. They are priced separately and you get the price in writing before we start.

Summary

A WordPress website subscription at Webnaa is for businesses that want to edit their own site but not run it: a dashboard, 5 pages, each in Arabic and English, content written for you, hosting, your own domain, updates and support, for SAR 324 a month in the price calculator, paid every 6 months or yearly at 10% off, then the monthly base only from year two, with buying the site as an option. Choose it when your content is large or changes often; if five fixed pages are enough, a static site costs less. Plan your pages, gather your business details, then subscribe.
