If you want a website with your own domain without a large invoice upfront, one page on your own domain at Webnaa gives you a professionally built page on a domain registered in your name, with hosting, SSL and support included, priced in the price calculator and paid every 6 months or yearly; Webnaa websites start from SAR 39 a month. You can buy the site whenever you like, and from year two you pay only the monthly base. This guide sets out exactly what's included and excluded, how it compares with the options either side of it, what a year really costs, and when you should choose something else.

In short:
- One page in one language on a domain registered in your name, priced in the price calculator and paid every 6 months or for a year upfront with 10% off. There is no monthly payment. Webnaa websites start from SAR 39 a month with the Webnaa domain plan.
- Hosting, SSL, support, security updates and backups are included. There is no setup fee and no cancellation fee.
- You can buy the site at any time at the purchase price in the calculator (website value + independence fee), and what you paid on your subscription counts. If you stay subscribed, from year two you pay the SAR 39 monthly base only.
- We write the text from your business details and build with your logo and photos. No dashboard.
- Need several pages or two languages? Price them in the calculator: the same page in two languages has its own price there, and five pages in one language are SAR 139 a month.
In this guide
A website with your own domain, explained
Webnaa's prices start from SAR 39 a month with the Webnaa domain plan. The next step is to choose your own domain in the price calculator with a static website of one page in one language: a single, professionally designed page on an address such as yourname.com registered in your name, on a SAR 39 monthly base plus the price of the page, with the total shown in the calculator. Hosting, SSL, support, security updates and backups are included, with no setup fee.
A visitor who finds you through a business card or a QR code on a van usually wants three things: what you do, why to trust you, and how to reach you. One page with a WhatsApp button and a call number answers all three. Our guide on when a one-page website works goes through the cases where it doesn't.
Subdomain or your own domain: what actually changes
The Webnaa domain plan runs on a Webnaa subdomain such as yourname.webnaa.com. That address is part of webnaa.com and is never transferred to you. Moving to your own domain changes four things:
- The address carries only your name, which looks more established in print and in email signatures.
- The registration is in your name and the domain stays yours.
- The exit is open: cancel at any time and we hand the domain over at no fee.
- The site itself can be bought whenever you choose.
What a domain does, and doesn't, do for you
Being the registrant matters. ICANN, which coordinates the global domain name system, says on its page of registrants' benefits and responsibilities that the registrant assumes sole responsibility for registering and using the domain, and must keep contact details accurate. Whoever is named on the registration is in charge of the domain, so it should be you or your company, not your designer.
What a domain will not do is lift your rankings by itself. Google's SEO Starter Guide says keywords in a domain name alone have hardly any effect, advises you to pick the name that is best for your business, and notes that the ending (.com and so on) only matters if you target users in a specific country. So choose for people, not for algorithms:
- Read it aloud to someone. If they can type it correctly on the first try, it works.
- Avoid hyphens, doubled letters and numbers people might spell out.
- Pick a standard name: premium domains are not included in the subscription.

What one page looks like in practice
Take a mobile car-detailing service. Its page might open with a headline and a WhatsApp button, list three packages, show a few photos it supplies, answer the usual questions (do you come to my building? how long does it take?), and close with the call button and service areas. Because the plan works from your own material, what you send shapes the result. Our website brief template helps you gather it in one go.
A self-edit dashboard comes with WordPress websites only, from 5 pages. And the subscription covers the website, not email; for addresses on your domain, see our guide to business email with your own domain.
Who this website suits, and who should choose another one
One page on your own address is usually enough for:
Freelance professionals
A translator or an accountant who needs a credible address for proposals and profiles.
Home-based businesses
A home kitchen that takes orders on WhatsApp and wants one link that explains everything.
Mobile and field services
Car detailing, pest control or appliance repair, where the address goes on the vehicle and the QR code on a flyer.
New ventures securing a name
One page on the right address now; more pages or a second language later, on the same address.
A different website, or a separate quote, is the honest answer when:
- A clinic, firm or contractor with several services that each need their own page: a 5-page website on your own domain, SAR 139 a month, fits better.
- Customers in Arabic and English: this website is in one language; the same page in two languages is priced in the calculator. For a bigger bilingual site, see our Arabic English website guide, where every page exists in both.
- You want to edit it yourself: that is the WordPress website subscription.
- You need to sell online or take bookings: stores, booking systems and online payment are priced separately in writing. Our ecommerce guide covers the routes.
- You are only testing an idea and buying the site doesn't matter yet: the Webnaa domain plan, SAR 39 a month on a subdomain, may be enough.
How it compares with the options either side
Webnaa domain plan (below)
SAR 39 a month, paid as SAR 234 every 6 months or SAR 421 a year. One page, one language, on yourname.webnaa.com. Stays a subscription while it is on the subdomain and cannot be bought.
One page on your own domain (this guide)
Priced in the price calculator, paid every 6 months or yearly with 10% off. One page, one language, on a domain in your name. Can be bought at any time at its calculator purchase price; from year two, the SAR 39 base only.
Five pages on your own domain (above)
SAR 139 a month, paid as SAR 834 every 6 months or SAR 1,501 a year. Five pages, one language, on a domain in your name. Can be bought at any time for SAR 2,001; from year two, the SAR 39 base only.
Stepping up from the Webnaa domain plan
The difference is the price of the page on your own domain, which the price calculator shows when you compare the two options for 6 months or a year. That buys your own address and a site you can buy, and from year two both cost the same SAR 39 base. Timing matters: to go independent from the Webnaa domain plan later, you move to your own domain at its calculator price, and earlier Webnaa domain plan payments do not count towards the new website's value. Six months on the Webnaa domain plan (SAR 234) followed by a prepaid year on your own domain means that SAR 234 never counts towards buying the site. If you already know you want your own name, starting here keeps one address throughout, and every payment counts towards buying the site. The option below is covered in our guide to affordable website design from the Webnaa domain plan.
Adding pages
In the calculator, the monthly price rises with each page you add, up to SAR 139 a month for five pages in one language. If you only need one or two extra pages, say a price list and a page of past work, add them when you need them and their price joins your subscription. If your business needs a proper menu of pages from the start, begin with the 5 page business website rather than stretching one page too far.
What 12 months really cost
There is no monthly payment, and the exact amounts for your website are in the price calculator below. Three ways to pay for the first year, differing in total cost and in what happens next:
| How you pay | Year-one total | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Every 6 months, full price | The six-month price, paid twice | You stay subscribed; from year two you pay the base only, SAR 234 every 6 months |
| Yearly, upfront at 10% off | The yearly price less 10%; the saving is shown in the calculator | You stay subscribed; from year two you pay the base only, SAR 421 a year |
| Buy the website from day one | The purchase price in the calculator: website value + independence fee | Yours from the payment date, with a year of hosting and domain in your name; then renew them yourself, or stay with us for hosting and care at SAR 421 a year |
A subscription does not make the site yours over time; ownership comes only from buying, which you can do at any time. And what you paid on your subscription counts towards the website value when you buy, so nothing is lost. The rules are in the website ownership and purchase section of our terms.
A worked year: a personal trainer
A personal trainer pays for 6 months at the price shown in the calculator, then decides to buy his site. What he has paid counts towards the website value, so he only completes the rest and adds the independence fee. Over those months he also asks for four simple edits to update prices and photos (4 × SAR 25 = SAR 100). His total is therefore the purchase price in the calculator plus his edits, with nothing lost from his subscription, and the site is his from the day he pays, with a year of hosting and domain in his name.
If you prepay and then ask for a refund
In the design phase, you get a full refund if you don't like the design. After launch, a prepaid year is settled differently: used months are charged at the full monthly price with no discount, a started month counts as a full month, and the rest is refunded. Example on the Webnaa domain plan: you paid SAR 421 for a year and ask for a refund after six months and two weeks. Seven months are charged (7 × SAR 39 = SAR 273) and SAR 148 comes back to you. The same rule applies on your own domain, at its monthly price in the price calculator. The details are in the refund policy.
Judge a website by what it costs after the first year and whether you can buy it, not only by the monthly price.

What happens after you subscribe
Choose 6 months or a year and pay
Pay with stc pay, Visa, mada or Tamara; see the payment page.
Send everything through one form
Your logo, text, photos and contact details, plus the domain name you want. Give accurate contact details, because they go on the domain registration in your name.
Get your preview link
Within 24 hours at most from receiving all your information and content. Delays caused by missing information, content or approvals don't count; if we miss the deadline, you may cancel and get a refund.
Review in 3 revision rounds
You get 3 revision rounds before launch; a round is one list of notes sent at once, and an extra round is SAR 50. Check it on your phone first.
Approve and go live on your domain
The design phase ends when you approve, or 14 days after the final preview link if you send no notes. The page then launches on your domain with search-engine setup, the Google connection and a printable QR code.
Run it, and buy it when you like
Support, security updates and backups continue throughout. From year two you pay the base only, and you can buy the site at any time.
After launch, see our guide to getting found on Google.
Buying the site
A subscription never turns into ownership by itself, but every website on your own domain can be bought at any time. Buy from day one at the purchase price in the calculator, or buy later: you complete the website value, less what you have paid on your subscription, plus the independence fee. Anyone who has already paid the full value pays the fee only.
What you receive
Depending on the site: the files, text and content, images, data, the admin access you need, your domain, and what is needed to move to another host, plus a year of hosting and domain in your name. After that year, renewals, maintenance, backups and updates are yours to handle. Staying with Webnaa after buying is optional, for hosting and care at SAR 421 a year for this website.
Cancelling is not buying
You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Renewal stops, the site stays live until the end of the paid period, and you are not obliged to pay the rest of the year. We hand over your domain at no fee, and you can ask for a copy of your content (text and images). The site files themselves are handed over only when you buy the site. So if you want the files, buy the site rather than cancelling. The full conditions are in our terms.
Moving the domain to another registrar later
ICANN's FAQ for domain name holders explains the mechanics. You need an authorisation code from the current registrar, which must provide it within five calendar days of your request. A registrar may refuse a transfer within 60 days of the initial registration or a previous transfer, and changing the registrant's name, organisation or email can trigger a separate 60-day lock, so finish a transfer before changing contact details. Because your address stays the same, your links and search listings keep pointing to the right place.
Edits, extra pages and mistakes to avoid
After launch:
- Free: fixing any technical fault caused by our build, technical support, security and technical updates, backups, and answering your questions.
- SAR 25 per request: a simple edit you ask for, such as changing text, an image, a phone number, a link or existing information.
- At its calculator price: a new page after launch. Its monthly price joins your subscription and you pay the difference for the rest of your paid period; if you have bought the site, you pay its monthly price × 12 once.
- Quoted in writing first: big new sections, a major redesign, an online store, a booking system, online payment or integrations.
If a payment is late, there is a 7-day grace period from the due date. After that the site is suspended temporarily, with files and data kept, and restarted once you pay, with no reactivation fee. After 30 days unpaid it may be archived.
Mistakes we see with one-page sites
- Sending content in pieces. The 24-hour clock starts when everything has arrived, so a missing logo delays your own launch.
- Assuming cancellation hands you the files. It stops renewal. Files come when you buy the site.
Your own domain, one page, yours whenever you choose
Webnaa websites start from SAR 39 a month, and the price of one page on your own domain is in the calculator. You pay every 6 months or yearly, with no setup fee and no cancellation fee. Price your website and send your content to get started.
FAQ
How much does a website with your own domain cost?
Webnaa's prices start from SAR 39 a month with the Webnaa domain plan on a subdomain. One page on your own domain is priced in the price calculator, paid every 6 months or for a year upfront with 10% off. The domain, hosting, SSL and support are included, and there is no setup fee.
Is the domain registered in my name?
Yes. On every website with your own domain, the domain is registered in your name within the subscription and stays yours. Premium domains are not included.
What happens to my domain if I cancel?
We hand it over at no fee and the renewals become yours. The site stays live until the end of the paid period, and you can ask for a copy of your text and images. Site files are handed over only when you buy the site.
Can I edit the page myself?
Not on a static website, as there is no dashboard. You send a request and we make the change: SAR 25 for a simple edit. Editing yourself in a dashboard comes with WordPress websites, from 5 pages.
Will a one-page website show up on Google?
It can. We set up the page for search engines and connect it to Google. No one can promise a position, though; results depend on your content, your competition and how known your business is.
Summary
A website with your own domain doesn't have to start with a big build fee. One page on your own domain gives you one page in one language on an address registered in your name, with hosting, SSL, support and backups, priced in the price calculator and paid every 6 months or yearly, with only the SAR 39 base to pay from year two and the option to buy the site whenever you like. Choose it if your business fits on one clear page and you want your own address from day one; if you need more pages or two languages, price the website that fits in the calculator.
