How to remove the background
Photograph it
Sign with a dark pen on white paper, or press the stamp, and photograph it from above in good light.
Choose the photo
The paper disappears at once. Adjust “Strength” and the ink color if needed.
Download the PNG
Download it as a transparent PNG, or copy and paste it into your document.
For the best result
Even light. Shoot near a window or under a lamp and avoid the shadow of your hand and phone. Light shadows are removed; dark ones may stay.
Dark pen, white paper. Black or blue ink on plain white paper gives the cleanest result. Avoid lined paper.
Just the paper. Let the paper fill the photo. If the table shows around it, crop it first with Crop Image.

How do I put the transparent signature in a PDF?
Download the PNG, then open Sign PDF, choose “Upload a photo” and place it where you want.
How do I add it in Word?
In Word: Insert → Pictures and choose the PNG. The background stays transparent over the text; choose “In Front of Text” in the wrap options to move it freely.
Does a red or blue stamp keep its color?
Yes. “Its own color” keeps the ink as it is, or you can make it black, blue or any color.
Why do specks or shadows remain?
Raise “Strength” a little; if faint strokes vanish, lower it. A new photo in better light helps the most.
Is a transparent signature a certified e-signature?
No. It is an image of your handwritten signature. A certified electronic signature needs a digital certificate from a trusted provider.
Is my signature photo uploaded?
No. The photo is processed inside your browser and never leaves your device; we keep no copy.
